Breakfast at your hotel and head out to explore Bangkok. You will visit Wat Pho & Grand Complex – city’s oldest and largest temple and one of Thailand’s most revered shrines, housing the statue of Emerald Buddha made from jade.

Lunch at a local place where you can take in the view of Bangkok old town. Transfer to the Tha Chang pier where you will board a classic longtail boat for a nice introductory trip of Bangkok’s other side!

Today, you will join a Thai cooking class to create some real delicacies, the center giving life changing chances when helping the locals from the nearby slums to work here as cooking instructors and helpers.

Visit the largest wet market Talad Klong Toey and select several fresh ingredients for your own menu. Once the cooking is complete, you will get a chance to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Afterwards, you will return to your hotel for a free afternoon.

Leaving Bangkok today and flight to the highland of Chiang Mai.

Have an oriental tour of Chiang Mai, start with visiting riverfront Warorot Market, a combination of colourful flowers, pungent spices and friendly but bustling crowds. At the market, you also stop for street food lunch. From the market take a Samlor ride along Thapae Road, down through the city wall, passing residential and important government buildings around the city and return to the hotel.

Another treat for the day is Khum Khantoke dinner with the Lanna show.

Today you will go into a beautiful forest monastery before go up hill and Chiang Mai’s most famous landmark: Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep. On clear days there are amazing views of valley.

Head out to the sea today start with a long tail boat to the kayak spot. Paddle on and exploring the fantastic area around Hong Island. If you are an early bird then rise early to join the locals lining up to offer food to the Buddhist monks walking back from morning prayers. Visit the morning market where all the vendors from surrounding village gather to sell their products from the garden and have a bowl of noodle and a cup of local coffee before going to the Bamboo project.

Spend the rest of your morning learning about several aspects of the local culture, from crafts to music and food. You will have a chance to learn from a skillful craftsman and to enjoy a hands-on cooking class. Lunch from your own creation.

This afternoon, you drive out to visit an ethnic minority village to learn about their traditions and culture and continue to Khuang Si Waterfall, where water tumbles over tiered limestone formations into crystal clear pools, ideal for escaping the heat. Evening is free at leisure.

After breakfast you will transfer to the local market of Siem Reap before continue to visit the Angkor National Museum, this world class museum introducing the profound cultural landmarks of Siem Reap. 

After lunch, explore the Grand Circuit of temples including Preah Khan is a huge and highly exportable monastic complex. Full of carvings, passages and photo opportunities. It originally served as a Buddhist monastery and school, engaging over 1000 monks. Afterward, visit Neak Pean a small island temple located in the middle of the last baray (the Preah Khan Baray or Jayatataka) to be constructed by a Khmer king in the Angkor area. The rest of day, we will visit Ta Som and East Mebon.

Late afternoon, set your spot to witness the sunset shade paint on the sky at Pre Rup, where you can see Angkor Archaeological Park stand out from the orange, red and purple background.

Dinner in tonight is well served at a fusion themed contemporary restaurant.

In the morning, you will cycle to Kbal Spean, one of the most fantastic and elaborate spectacle in Angkor. Taking a 30-minute hike uphill to reach the eminent “river of a thousand lingas”, you might see these symbolic carvings along the riverbed. From there, you cycle to Banteay Srei Temple, a relic renowned for its antique pink sandstones and sharp, intricate carvings. Have lunch at a community-based tourism.

On the way back, you will stop en route to taste sugar palm/ Khmer noodles and join hands with Preah Dak Village’s community planting trees to support reforestation progress in Cambodia. Your plant, maybe a jackfruit or mango tree, would later help both offsetting carbons in nature environment and benefiting local harvest.

In the end of the day, let’s reward yourself with a memorable cruise among Angkor Thom compound on a gondola paddle boat while watching sunset over Prasat Chroung temple. Champagne will be served on the boat, when you slowly float along the sound water, round this ancient moat.
